If you are ready to take that next step into the life you have always hoped for, go ahead and give our admissions team a call today. Once you call in we will do a "Pre-Screen" and look at what your needs are and get you over to Clinical for an assessment. We have a detox residential facility location in Albany, Ky. Don't be concerned about transportation. We have you covered on that to help you get the care you need and deserve!
We know that you will have a lot of questions and we will have a lot of answers. We will guide you through choosing whether you need boarded housing, as well as which level of care would be appropriate. We will walk you through scheduling , including referring for Case Management, Medication Managment, any other Medical Needs as well as Peer Support within our Supportive Housing that we offer.
Our program is individualized and will be tailored around your needs clinically as well as taking into account your life skills needs, and justice involvement. We will assist you in meeting any other case plans or deadlines that may come up as well.

Jerry Lucas
Jerry started his career in Mental Health and SUD treatment in 1989 and has served in Leadership roles for 4 companies since that start. Bringing 35 years of experience and mentorship to the industry, he knows how to research the true systemic needs, and create solutions across the board.

Jerry is married to his best friend Tracy and they have 2 children and 3 grandchildren that they spoil as often as possible.
